Shandong Xinhe International Trade Co., Ltd., as a manufacturer engaged in the steel industry for more than ten years, has some customers who make stainless steel tableware. Today we will briefly introduce the definition of stainless steel tableware and the precautions when using it.
Stainless steel utensils are made of iron-chromium alloys mixed with other trace elements. Due to its good metal properties and resistance to rust than other metals, the resulting utensils are beautiful and durable. Therefore, more and more are used to make tableware, and gradually enter the majority of families.
Stainless steel tableware for households can be divided into three grades: 430, 304 (18-8), and 18-10.
Precautions for the use of stainless steel tableware:
First, do not wash with strong alkaline or strong oxidizing chemicals such as baking soda, bleaching powder, sodium hypochlorite, etc. Because these substances are strong electrolytes, they will electrochemically react with stainless steel, causing the tableware to rust.
Second, a thin layer of vegetable oil can be applied to the surface of the tableware before use, and then dried on the fire, which is equivalent to putting on a layer of yellowish oil film "clothing" on the surface of the utensils. In this way, it is easy to clean and prolong the service life.
Third, the thermal conductivity of stainless steel tableware is lower than that of iron and aluminum products, and the heat transfer time is slow, and empty burning will cause the aging and falling off of the chrome-plated layer on the surface of the cookware. Therefore, do not burn in empty.
Fourth, do not store salt, soy sauce, vinegar, vegetable soup, etc. for a long time, because these foods contain a lot of electrolytes. If they are stored for a long time, stainless steel will also react with these electrolytes electrochemically like other metals. Harmful metal elements are dissolved out. It not only harms the tableware itself, but also damages the health of the human body.
Fifth, after using stainless steel tableware, wash it with warm water immediately to prevent oil stains, soy sauce, vinegar, tomato juice and other substances from interacting with the surface of the tableware, causing the stainless steel surface to become dull and even dented.
Sixth, if there is scale composed of hard water, you can wipe it with vinegar or a paste mixed with water ash and water to wipe the stains on the stainless steel tableware, and then wash it with hot soapy water.
We also hope that stainless steel tableware manufacturers can contact us so that we can have a good cooperation. We have our own factory and production equipment, which can be customized according to your requirements, and can provide you with competitive prices. Welcome Inquiry.
