1. Types and specifications
It is mainly divided into two types: equilateral stainless steel angle steel and unequal edge stainless steel angle steel.
The specifications of stainless steel angle steel are expressed by the dimensions of side length and side thickness. At present, the domestic stainless steel angle steel specifications are 2-20, and the number of centimeters of the side length is the number. The same size stainless steel angle steel often has 2-7 different side thicknesses. Imported stainless steel angle steel indicates the actual size and side thickness of both sides and the relevant standards. Generally, large-scale stainless steel angle steel with a side length of more than 12.5cm, medium-sized stainless steel angle steel with a side length of 12.5cm-5cm, and small stainless steel angle steel with a side length of less than 5cm.
2. Appearance quality requirements
The surface quality of stainless steel angle steel is specified in the standard, and it is generally required that there should be no harmful defects in use, such as delamination, scarring, cracks, etc.
The allowable range of geometric deviation of stainless steel angle steel is also specified in the standard, which generally includes items such as curvature, side width, side thickness, top angle, theoretical weight, etc., and it is stipulated that stainless steel angle steel must not have significant twist.
321 stainless steel angle steel is 321 stainless steel angle steel. Mainly used in various engineering structures, such as beams, bridges, transmission towers, lifting and transporting machinery, ships, industrial furnaces, reaction towers, container racks and warehouse shelves.
